This is a very challenging time, and considering the news regarding COVID-19, we want to inform you about the precautions Capitol Collision is taking and how we are supporting our customers, employees, and business partners.

Capitol Collision is taking the necessary precautions in order to provide exceptional service in the safest manner possible:
• Increased cleaning of high-contact areas in our shop such as doorknobs and counters
• Reviewing with our staff the importance of frequent and proper hand-washing procedures and social distancing
• Frequent disinfecting of interior and exterior of company and customer vehicles
• Reinforcing our policy of not letting employees work while sick

As of immediately, we are also offering free pick-up and delivery of vehicles for our customers who prefer to stay home. Video conferencing is also being utilized to review damages and finished repairs as requested.

We also want to reassure you that Capitol Collision is classified as an “essential business” and we are continuing to serve you with our usual business hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. For questions or concerns that are after hours, we have staff willing to assist you: 602-312-3316.
