Hugo at Capitol Collision was truly one of the nicest and most helpful people after getting into an accident. Being from out of state, lost, and a scared college student, the staff was super friendly and fixed my BMW back to looking brand new. They were quick and thoughtful and I highly recommend them!
The staff at Capitol Collision is phenomenal. My car was totaled, just before Thanksgiving, when a teenager ran a red light. Capitol Collision obviously couldn't repair the extensive damage but they were so helpful in assigning a value to my car, and documenting that value, so that I received a fairer price on replacement from my insurance company. Really, they went above and beyond with no tangible benefit to their shop. From front end reception to repairs and estimates, the staff could not be kinder, more responsive or more professional. I hope I never have to use their services again but - if that day should come - I won't go anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience and the service was outstanding! I worked with the Dan, Melissa and Hugo. Melissa was so nice and on top of everything in the front, Dan the owner came out and spoke with me about my situation and was so thoughtful and caring, and Hugo kept me informed every step of the way during the repair and always answered my million questions. When I went to them with my one year old GMC truck that turned out to be totaled vehicle they were almost like family in the way that the took care of things with the insurance adjuster.

Annabel BahenaJust got my car back today and looks amazing! I was afraid the color wouldn’t match since it is ice age (white/grayish) but looks great! Highly recommend this collision center. Randy would submit the supplementals to the insurance and got those approved. Took about 1 week for the job with slight delay in parts. Melissa at the front is super nice as well! Hope to never come back again but if I ever need to, I know where to go!
