When I was looking for a car body repair shop, I did what most people do, I went to Google, looked for the number of reviews and the overall rating they received. Capital Collision had 673 reviews and an overall average rating of 4.9. This sounded too good to be true, but I was curious and decided to go with Capital Collision. I set up an appointment, brought my car over and immediately I started getting good vibes from this place. The professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail given to me by the front desk, the staff, and the collision repair rep handling my car was amazing. They kept me in the loop during the repair and even finished earlier than promised. The car looked fabulous, and I was proud to drive it home. Capital Collision is hands-down the most friendly, efficient, and skilled body repair shop that I have ever worked with.
The finest service team I have encountered in more than 50 years "behind the wheel". They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The business is centrally located, has lots of room to part, a clean and friendly staff - from the owner Dan, to Melissa at the front desk, Hugo, my service coordinator, to the team of professional craftsman who repaired my Mazda to "like new" condition. I will highly recommend this excellent business to family, friends and neighbors. They are a wonderful addition to our city. We are fortunate that they are here for us.

I had an amazing experience and the service was outstanding! I worked with the Dan, Melissa and Hugo. Melissa was so nice and on top of everything in the front, Dan the owner came out and spoke with me about my situation and was so thoughtful and caring, and Hugo kept me informed every step of the way during the repair and always answered my million questions. They were all so helpful and it felt like a family environment. They went above and beyond in every way and I would go back here anytime! Thank you so much!
I went to Capital Collision the get my truck repaired after a miner accident. All the people there are very nice. Melissa and Rod who I dealt with the most, treated me like family. 😉 My truck needed the left front corner repaired. The hood, left fender, head light, the front grill and more had to be replaced. They did it all in about 7 days and my truck now looks better then it did when it was brand new. All I can say is thank you all so much for your service and repair.
