Melissa was so nice and on top of everything in the front, Dan the owner came out and spoke with me about my situation and was so thoughtful and caring, and Hugo kept me informed every step of the way during the repair and always answered my million questions. The finest service team I have encountered in more than 50 years "behind the wheel". They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The business is centrally located, has lots of room to part, a clean and friendly staff - from the owner Dan, to Melissa at the front desk, Hugo, my service coordinator, to the team of professional craftsman who repaired my Mazda to "like new" condition. I will highly recommend this excellent business to family, friends and neighbors. They are a wonderful addition to our city. We are fortunate that they are here for us.
The staff at Capitol Collision is phenomenal. My car was totaled, just before Thanksgiving, when a teenager ran a red light. Capitol Collision obviously couldn't repair the extensive damage but they were so helpful in assigning a value to my car, and documenting that value, so that I received a fairer price on replacement from my insurance company. Really, they went above and beyond with no tangible benefit to their shop. From front end reception to repairs and estimates, the staff could not be kinder, more responsive or more professional. I hope I never have to use their services again but - if that day should come - I won't go anywhere else.

I went to Capital Collision the get my truck repaired after a miner accident. All the people there are very nice. Melissa and Rod who I dealt with the most, treated me like family. 😉 My truck needed the left front corner repaired. The hood, left fender, head light, the front grill and more had to be replaced. They did it all in about 7 days and my truck now looks better then it did when it was brand new. All I can say is thank you all so much for your service and repair.
When I went to them with my one year old GMC truck that turned out to be totaled vehicle they were almost like family in the way that the took care of things with the insurance adjuster.
They were so help full in ways that you just don't see in todays world.
